Notification of Closure
It is with great sadness that FamilyLine and the I Need Help helplines have closed all telephone helpline and email support operations on 31st May 2017.
Since 1994, FamilyLine's wonderful team of dedicated and committed helpline volunteers have been supporting thousands of callers, so this is one of the most difficult decisions we have had to make.
In recent years it has become more difficult to secure funding for our on-going running costs; even though we have explored all practical options. The level of donations and our overall financial position is regrettably insufficient for the Charity to be sustainable going forward.
